Shingworks cartoony-style commissions

My traditional commission offering! Last round was in early Summer of 2021.

These commissions will be finished before the end of 2021. If a commission is needed for a specific date (like Xmas), I can do this too, just specify. If it's not needed by Xmas I will take the extra time at the end of the year to finish, if that is okay with you!

These commissions are a little flowy, a little colorful, and fairly clean. More info below:

Cartoony style commission

This is a color digital commission of a character on a flat white background with either a simple action/ effect or a simple background element (as shown) -OR- a two-character interaction piece with no bg elements (you can select from the two options at checkout). The colors will probably be saturated and fun, and the style will probably be pushed towards the unrealistic side of things if it makes the commission more fun. I'd prefer not to do an actual IRL person just cuz it will limit the amount I can reasonably push this sort of style, so I'd recommend an OC of some sort.

The first examples shown are examples from my comic The Meek. The last few are commissions I completed in the past few months, characters are copyright their owners~

How it works

• you purchase commission

• I email you to collect references- specifically, images of your character necessary for either a bust or full-body, and character personality notes. A simple object for the bg element is included in the price. Simple here is defined as organic shapes (rocks, vegetation) of any kind, small objects like books or a chair or one or two food items or things like that. If you want, I can come up with something fitting on my end based on the character info you give me. NB:  If it is a complicated object (like a car/ motorcycle, or an exploded mutant whale or something) I may need to either charge more, or we can talk about scaling it down. I'll consider a pet as a simple background object if it isn't like a very specific sparkledog sort of pet, which again I might classify as a minor second character, so we can just email if you're not sure.
  

• You email me back within a day or so with the references and we chat a bit if I have any questions.
  

• I work very hard and send you a nice art (both original sized .PSD and flattened .jpg file)
  

What this does not include (make sure you read this)

• clothing/ character design: if it is not in the visual refs, or extremely well-described, I will not draw it. Feel free to provide a googled photo or anything else, but I can't really do any design-work for you outside of the reference you provide, sorry.

• titillating or sexual stuff: not my forte, sorry... It's just not going to be worth your money, haha, so you're better off buying this kinda thing from someone else. Non-sexual nudity, romance, etc is just fine though.
  

• revisions: I won't be doing any revisions (unless I've made a hideous, glaring error and drawn an eye on their chin or something). That basically means, what I send you will be your final product. I WILL, however, follow your provided reference very closely and thoughtfully, so please give me whatever you think I'll need to succeed with your lovely character.
